Sheree Grace

Sheree Grace is a registered 200hr yoga teacher certified with Yoga Alliance. Sheree has
discovered through her own practice the power of integrating several healing
techniques to maximize one’s results. Her approach to teaching yoga is integrative
and holistic. This practice may include meditation, breath work, mantra, cold
exposure and of course traditional yoga poses.

After exploring all limbs of yoga, Kriya Yoga has become Sheree’s passion. Kriya
Yoga is a combination of repetitive movement, mantra and breath. This creates a
moving meditation that facilitates energy movement, allowing for an experience of
evaluation on the level of the body, mind and soul. Practicing kriya helps to refine
sensory perception, calm and stabilize the nervous system, and expand
consciousness, additionally reducing fear, anxiety and stress for optimal wellbeing.

When teaching yoga, it is Sheree Graces intention to weave kriya throughout the entire practice, cultivating an experience of transformation. Kriya’s can be seated, standing or moving. This practice ranges from fierce and powerful to soft and graceful depending on the intention of the practice.
